جورج سوروس (من مواليد 12 أغسطس 1930) هو مستثمر وفاعل خير ملياردير أمريكي من أصل مجري. وهو مؤسس شركة سوروس لإدارة الصناديق ويُعتبر واحدًا من أكثر المستثمرين نجاحًا في التاريخ. يُعرف سوروس بشكل أفضل بـ"كسر بنك إنجلترا" في الأربعاء الأسود عام 1992، عندما باع الجنيه الاسترليني على المكشوف وحقق ربحًا يُقدر بمليار دولار في يوم واحد.
